with exercises du style you'll find my third pack of presets after the two since then packs. again you get previously released presets, aswell as yet unseen ones.
the startup makes delirium, the summit of my magma-series, a thick liquid preset based on beat-detective movements. the yet unreleased 1972 is an improved version of 1970, a hommage to verner panton and his fantastic furniture-designs and room-studies. smooth operator and musterprozess mark my experiments with itself turning presets, in which metropolis and beyond also fit in, although being more cubistic orientated. homogenic (part one) and metamorphosis are both remixes, the first one is based on one of avs-king's presets, the second on one an el-vis preset. furthermore you will find three remixes done by el-vis [link] pay special attention to his sexy mathmos reinterpretation, the original of this eclectic preset is also included.
i'm sure you will have a lot of fun looking at this collection of presets, enjoy!
1972 is a very interesting preset. I never knew so much could be done with oyther people's dynamoves! Homogenic is a very interesting stylish interpretation of my ZENX preset, and it also makes good use of the multiply blend. Musterprozess is very odd, like BARBIE on acid or something. I'm going to skip smooth operator, since I already commented on it. Metamorphosis is very stylish, too. Nice and sleek, it reminds me of your cosmic series. Metropolosis is keen, but I'm not a big fan of B&W presets. Mathmos is something unique. The elvis remixes all kick major llama ass. Good pack yathey!!
BTW, you know that REMIX pack that you're going to do that you emailed me about? Count me in pal.
well, my opinion on that is: i use justin's effects which are basic elements of the the avs construction kit, so why shouldn't i use other people's aswell when they permit me to do so? it's all about arranging and reconstructing to get something new as result.
This is the perfect example of how AVS can be used by people who don't really know all that math mumbo jumbo. All you need to do is just play around with the effects & you'll eventually find something incredible. The lightning & tranlucency techniques that Yat uses are astonishes & coupled with the funky EL-Vis movements, you get some visual poetry, beautiful stuff!
The use of them is not the issue, at all, don't get me wrong. However, when one creates their own movements for a preset, it's most definitely original. Gonna up the originality, though. I do really like your work here. Note the high Technique and Overall marks.
