six years ago from today, brokenframe, the first avs pack on the newly founded visbot label, was released. the presets in this pack were all based on the same technique, which had its history in the competitive attempt to create "renderless" presets. another idea behind brokenframe was to take the disadvantage of avs (performance in high resolutions) and compensate it. how so? well, it doesn't really make a difference if you watch a square in a low or a high resolution, hence most of the presets using the brokenframe technique can run at high framerates. at least almost, because during the making of this pack, i sometimes diverted from the original concept.
chances are, that if you liked the pack six years ago, you will still like it. if you didn't, you still won't! i attempted to leave the original look of each preset unchanged (i failed on two presets!), and only fixed some technical issues. wasn't there a brokenframe revisited already? yes, but that pack didn't include the same presets! enough talking, let's download the pack! follow us on twitter!  what's avs? how do i use it? want more of this? I like Sail Away, Hotel Garni, Isetta and Rednosed best. The second season is good, too.
