you've seen a blinkenlights preset in Heimcomputer before. this is an improved version of that old preset, now covering all 144 windows of the former blinkenlights-building in berlin. the pack contains ten presets, all being based on original blinkenmovies, the authors got their credits within the comments in each preset.

please note that this is NOT Heimcomputer II, that pack was delayed and will be released later in october.

there is currently a new project called blinkenlights arcade. if you want to be part of that public art project, click the link mentioned.

further i'd like you to know, that there exists a tool that plays the blinkenmovies, this avs package is just an attempt to get the project some attention. enjoy!

disclaimer: the setup will change your resolution to 320x200, since its required to run the presets properly. it is not recommended to use the setup for winamp 3.x

Thats a really mega cool idea. It such a shame that it is res-dependant. You can almost fix it by just turning of the 'keep aspect ratio' though that makes it distort :( (Sad) . Still a really cool idea, it works really well. :) (Smile)

Haha, nice works Tetris preset is my fave.
About your problem, presets works with big resolutions (above 200x200 I think) with this dynamove code:

x=x/(w+h)*600;
y=y/(w+h)*600;

(set the grid size to 6x6, and place the dynmove to the first fx list)
I think the code needs little more tweaking to work with little screens, but I guess you can do that ;) (Wink)
Works for me this time, looks good!

ok lol that is awsome and it is rediculous how much effort tetris must have taken. wow
Cool idea and very funny. Perhaps you can use my modernliving preset out of my illusion pack for some similiar things without using a bitmap.
